Suggestions are starting points for the group to weigh, never bookings: the organizer and travelers decide what actually happens.

Who can join a trip?

Anyone the organizer invites can join—from teammates and parents to friends, family members, and travel partners.

How do shared payments work?

When shared-payment features are enabled through Daxtripia’s approved payment program, organizers can create payment requests and the group can see what has been paid and what is still outstanding. Any applicable terms and fees are shown before use.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the provider the booking was made with—the airline, hotel, or activity operator—and follow that provider’s cancellation and refund policy.

Does every traveler need an account?

Yes. Every traveler joins with a verified account. Verification keeps a trip limited to the people the organizer actually invited, so shared details—itineraries, travel plans, and contact information—stay inside that group, and every contribution or reimbursement between travelers and organizers has a verified person on both ends.
